We aim to dispatch orders within 48hrs of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalised candles are non-refundable unless faulty.
